OnLoop Sales Funnel Structure/Outbound Sales Strategy

Student

Onloop had just launched their app but they hadn’t started outbound sales sequencing and we were tasked with creating a sales process for an ideal customer.  OnLoop automates performance review and creates real-time, constant feedback for managers.  We chose Salesforce as our ideal customer profile because they are a very large company, and had tons of HR directors (our ideal client).  We discovered relevant decision makers at SalesForce, created a prospect cadence and acted out elevator pitches, objection handling, and a sales presentation.  During our presentation to our co-fellows, our role playing taught us how to pivot through objections while maintaining our meeting agenda.

Genivity Competitor Analysis

Project Lead

Genivity had operated for a couple of years with tremendous growth, but hadn't taken an extensive look at their competitors in the financial tech industry.  The founder challenged me to lead a project analyzing their competitors with a fellow intern.  We started by scouring competitor's websites and social media pages noting who they appeared to be selling to and why. As a result, we have identified core sales and marketing strategies of the competitors. This layout of their competitive landscape has helped Genivity identify marketing opportunities to advance itself into further stages of the startup journey.
